Custom orders usually take 1 to 2 weeks to complete from the date of purchase. Shipping time varies by location. If you would like pictures of the item before it is shipped let me know.

I will give you a quote when you submit a request. Please be as specific as possible and provide any pictures that may help describe what you want.

You can order multiple items, but allow for extra production time and in some cases shipping may be higher due to added weight.

Payment for your order must be made first. I will create a private listing for you via the convo system so you can purchase your item. I will not start making your item until payment is sent in full.

I ship via USPS. Once the package enters your country it is handed off to your national postal service. The customs form is marked as "merchandise". The total amount of your order will also be included on the form. Shipping usually takes 1 week, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on the speed of your country's postal service. You are responsible to pay any fees/duties/tax that your country charges for imports.

Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Portugal & Singapore

Check the tracking first. Use the USPS website for the most recent activity. For International, if it has already left the US check with your national mail carrier using your customs form number.

Marked as Delivered:
Check with your family members, neighbors, apartment office, etc. Contact your local USPS post office and ask to speak with the route supervisor.

Estimated Delivery Time Elapsed:
Follow the same instructions above. Packages may have been delivered, but weren't scanned at time of delivery. Contact me if it has been 5 days after expected delivery.
